We are a small team. We build what a growing business runs on, and then we stay and run it with them. We are looking for three people who want to do the same work, the same way.
You will plan and run marketing at Pravegh: what to say, who to say it to, where to say it, and how to tell if it is working. You will work directly with the founders, and you will look after the results week by week.
This role suits someone who has run marketing for real businesses before, likes to measure what they do, and is happy to own a plan from the first idea to the weekly report.
You will write the words that help sell: website pages, advertising, emails, and sales materials. Clear, simple words that a busy reader understands the first time. You will take a lot of information and turn it into the few lines that matter most.
This role suits someone who loves plain words, can write in more than one voice, and is glad to rewrite a line ten times until it is right.
You will find and talk to companies that could use what we build, in India and in other countries. You will reach out, follow up, set up first conversations with our founders, and keep a careful record of every company you speak to.
This role suits someone who enjoys meeting new people, is not shy on the phone, and keeps every promise to call back.
